WELLNESS ADVENTURES

Wellness is important to me. And while I may not look like a girl on tv or in a magazine, I look like a woman. And I’m beautiful.

I try to take care of my body: I love being active. Yoga, surfing, and moving are all staples in my life.

I also strive to take care of my mind-through journaling, meditation, and therapy.
